The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha has unveiled the much-awaited Class 10 results for the academic year 2023-2024. The announcement came through a press conference held at 10:30 am today, marking the culmination of anticipation among over 5.5 lakh students who appeared for the examinations.
Students eager to access their scorecards can do so by visiting the official website, bseodisha.ac.in. The results are now live and accessible to all. Additionally, school authorities will be able to download and verify the Class 10 results using their designated school user ID and password, commencing from 12:30 pm onwards.
For those who may have fallen short of the passing criteria, there’s still hope. The Board has outlined provisions for supplementary examinations, allowing students another opportunity to clear the Class 10 exams.
The rigorous examination process unfolded across 3,047 examination centers statewide, ensuring a fair and comprehensive evaluation of students’ academic prowess.
n the event of dissatisfaction with their results, students have the option to opt for a revaluation of their answer scripts. This initiative aims to uphold transparency and fairness in the assessment process.
Reflecting on the trends from previous years, the 2023 Odisha Board examinations witnessed commendable performance, with 2,53,633 male students and 2,58,827 female students passing the exams. This contributed to an impressive overall pass rate of 96.04 percent for High School Certificate (HSC) students. Comparatively, the pass rate for the academic year 2022 stood at 90.55 percent, marking a notable improvement in student performance.
